Product Rejection Upon Delivery-If the delivered product does not meet your specifications or requirements, you may reject it at the time of receipt. In such cases, we will provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. This applies even if you do not wish to use the seed, pulp, or skin further.
Used Products- If the product has already been used, either partially or fully, any refund request will be subject to review. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a partial or full refund.
Return Condition- Products must be returned in the condition they were delivered. If rejected on delivery, please ensure that the packaging and product are intact.
Refund Process- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
